With Vello Mobile™, you can make Vello Calls from your mobile phone. Select your participants (individually or in a group), push the "Call Now" button, and in minutes everyone is talking.

How do I get started?

Register for a regular Vello account. After you have registered, direct your mobile phone to our www.myvello.mobi website and download the application to your phone. You can start making calls immediately!

If you want to pre-enter phone numbers for your contacts, you can login to your Vello account from any web browser and enter their names and phone numbers; this information will always be available on your mobile device if you have Internet access. If you have Microsoft Outlook, you can quickly and securely upload the contacts from your desktop Outlook to our network.

How do I know if my phone model is supported?

You can use any phone to participate in a Vello Call. However, in order to initiate an instant Vello Call from your mobile phone, you need to download our application to your mobile device. We will be testing and releasing new versions of Vello Mobile™ for a wide array of devices on a regular basis. See www.myvello.mobi for a list of supported devices.

Troubleshooting

I downloaded it to my device but it's not working

It is possible to download the wrong family for your mobile device. The mobile device does not have any mechanism to verify that the download chosen is the correct one for your device.

If you download the wrong family for your device, it will likely run. However, you may experience problems such as the buttons or controls are too large for the screen, or broken navigation attempts (for example, your device only has a thumbwheel but the family you downloaded is meant to work with a trackball).

If you experience these problems, go back to myvello.mobi and re-download the appropriate version for your mobile device.
