International Conference Calls and Rates
For international dialing to over 170 countries, contact Customer Service at 1-888-280-2847 from the U.S. and Canada (306-564-2906 from other countries) to enable international dialing for your account. This is necessary only if you want Vello to dial out to your Pariticipants outside the U.S. and Canaa.

How to Dial an International Number With Vello
Your contact phone numbers are stored in your Vello account on our servers. When you login, you can enter new contact numbers and edit existing information.
Calls to numbers within the U.S. and Canada require only the area code and seven-digit number. If there is an office extension number, type in two asterisks and then the extension; for example, 789-737-1217**213. Vello's servers will ignore all hyphens, parentheses, and spaces when we dial your contacts to start the Vello Call.
All phone numbers outside the U.S. and Canada must begin with "011" and then the country code. Remember, you must contact Customer Service to enable international dialing for your account!

If a Vello Call is not immediately answered, we will leave a voicemail reminder with our toll-free dial-in
When you dial in from the same phone number we called you on, the Vello server will recognize the number you are calling from, and will automatically route you directly into the right conference. EXCEPTION: if you are calling from an office extension, the server cannot identify the extension number; to enter the call, you will need the Participant Code or Host Code, which is in the email sent to you notifying you of the call.
How International Calls Are Billed
All Vello Calls currently originate within the U.S., where our servers are located. For Participants in the U.S. and Canada, and for international Participants who dial in to a Vello Call, Vello costs 12¢ per minute per person.
For calls made by Vello to your conference Participants in countries other than the U.S. and Canada, the Vello Call Host will be charged at the applicable international rates (see below). All Vello Calls that include one or more Participants from outside North America will also be charged an international setup fee of US$1.50.
For example, a Host sets up a Vello Call between 4 people: the Host, one U.S. Participant, one dial-out Participant in France, and one dial-in Participant from England. The Host will be charged as follows:
• $0.12 per minute each for the Host, the U.S. Participant, and the international dial-in Participant from England
• Vello International per-minute rate for the French dial-out Participant
• $1.50 international setup fee

This international price list (PDF) is effective December 5, 2007. International rates fluctuate and may vary somewhat from those shown in the price list; your actual charges will be based upon the rates in place at the time of your calls.
